Jorge Arturo Sánchez Vázquez has been Chairman of the Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration of Valle de Toluca since 2006.
On the Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration of the State of Mexico, he has been Chairman (1998-1999), Assistant Director of Conciliation (1995-1996), Secretary General (1983-1993), Chairman (1978-1982) and Assistant (1976-1978) of Special Board No. 3, as well as Examining Assistant (1974-1976) and Actuary (1973-1974).
He has served twice as General Director of Labor (2005-2006 and 1996-1998) and Assistant Director of Labor Inspection (1993-1995) in the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of the State of Mexico.
He worked as Advisor and Legal Director of the Aristos Pedagogical Unit (Unidad Pedagógica Aristos, S.C.)(2000-2005). At the School of Law of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (Autonomous University of Mexico), he was a professor (1978-1999), Open Degree Program Coordinator (1981-1983), Traditional Degree Program Coordinator (1985-1987) and Social Service Coordinator (1983-1984).
He is author of the book Evolución de la Justicia Laboral, Creación de las Juntas de Conciliación y Arbitraje del Estado de México, 1917-2007 (Evolution of Labor Justice, Creation of the Boards of Conciliation and Arbitration of the State of Mexico, 1917-2007) and is a member of numerous academic institutions.
