Benjamín Pereyra Soto is Head of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Internal Regulations Registration Unit of the Federal Board of Conciliation and Arbitration. He joined the Federal Board in a call for applications in 1981 as Secretary of Agreements and has been Procedure and Report Assistant in the Auxiliary Secretariat of Strike Notices (1984-1988) and Secretary of Agreements of Special Boards Nos. 4 and 7 (1982-1983).
He joined the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare in 1978 as basic operational staff and was Examining Attorney of the Deputy Directorate for Registration of Associations of the Directorate-General of Legal Affairs (1978-1981) and Private Secretary to the General Director for Registration of Associations (1988-1992).
He graduated with honors in Law and has a diploma in Process Reengineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (National Autonomous University of Mexico).
